This is a slow deep practice where we take our time to explore and move into a calm and balanced body and mind. Surfing the rhythm of the breath we move with grace and with ease into each asana (posture). I offer openers and extensions for all levels. So what ever your experience you are given the opportunity to take benefit from this beautiful approach to practice.


I incorporate a strong emphasis on the breath where we explore simple and effective pranayamas (breathing teqniques)  followed by relaxation and meditation. I offer clear and concise instructions, adjustments and modifications to suit every individual's needs. I try to inspire and encourage every student to develop at his or her own pace cultivating a strong body, steady mind and relaxed attitude towards their practice.
